Brigham Bruna, a basketball player at Hanover High School, has gotten to play the varsity court since freshman year, and it’s only been up from there.
With Hanover having only one loss on the season so far, Bruna along with the rest of the team have had plenty of time to show off their skills on the court.
“It’s been a really successful season so far,” Bruna said. “There have been some ups and downs but we have been able to capitalize on opportunities when we needed to.”
A tough loss to Axtell took a toll on the team, but they are looking at making a big comeback.
“We took one unfortunate loss to Axtell in the TVL Championship, but we are looking to build and get back at them at the end of the season,” Bruna said.
While ten and one on the season, Bruna and the Wildcats are excited to see where the rest of the year takes them.
“Like I said the season has been great and I really look forward to seeing how much we can progress as a team and how far we can make it towards the end of the year,” Bruna said.
